Therapeutic monoclonal antibodies (IgG, mAb) are routinely expressed in recombinant expression systems. N-glycosylation is one of the most important post-translational modifications. Monitoring of glycosylation in antibody development and production directly from cell culture media will shorten the time needed to obtain the N-glycan profiling.
